„We had plenty of songs for the album, but many of them didn’t quite fit in. Satellite Heart was written as one of the last songs and ended up as the title track. We had this pretty simple riff, but the song really took shape in the studio. It has as dark dance-vibe that combines noisy guitars and psychedelic synths with a tight beat and lyrics about bittersweet love, destruction-drive and out-of-body experiences. It’s a song that marks where we might be heading musically.“
