Hey guys,

Here you see me playing a famous German Anime Opening in public. It was the first Opening of Dragon Ball in German TV in 1999: „Das Geheimnis der Dragonballs“ (The Secret of the Dragonballs). The lyrics starts with „Finde deine sieben Dragonballs“ (Found your seven Dragonballs). I played it at an Open Piano for Refugees event in the Westfield Centro Oberhausen, Germany.

I watched in my childhood always ‚Dragon Ball‘ and ‚Dragon Ball Z‘. I was nine or ten years old maybe. Whenever I had time and my parents didn’t forbidden me watching because of school and learning. 🤣

It was one of my favourite Animes!! ♥︎

Dragon Ball / Dragon Ball Z was written by Akira Toriyama (1984 – 1995).

„Light up, Light up…“

In July I went back again to the beautiful city Vienna and played the ‚Open Piano for Refugees.‘ I am a big fan of the song „Run“. What many people didn’t know is that the song was first released in 2004 by the great wonderful band ‚SNOW PATROL‘. But it became not so popular. Only with the winner of the british casting show X-Factor ‚LEONA LEWIS‘ years later in 2008 and her ballade version of ‚Run‘ the song became with the re-release an absolutely hit in the world! Incredible!

I like this song because it’s so emotional with its wonderful melody. It has a deep mention to me, because it’s for my long-time good friend Tim Kerbe! With whom I sang this often in the past.

Now you can listen to it in my own piano version.

I’m playing a wonderful pop piano medley on a beautiful black grand piano in Linz at the big Hauptplatz. It’s one of the biggest in whole Europe. I love the evening sun as it falls over the piano, the good mood and the pleasant people around me.
